The decision, made in 2000, to subject the company to the certification procedure for the conformity with ISO 9001 Standard and the consequent receipt of the certificate, strengthened the company position with regard to its competitors.

The main conditions and rules connected with attaining the quality objectives, defined by the company management, are described in the Quality System Manual. The Manual provides customers and employees with information concerning the activities undertaken by the company in order to assure the proper quality of all manufactured goods. Company management and company staff undertake to follow the procedures described in the Quality Manual.

Environment Policy

Respecting, protecting and improving our environment, which conditions quality of life for society and future generations, is a crucial issue for the Management Board, Directors and employees of our company, the issue which is the guideline for our actions in the whole production process, starting from product design until product recycling or disposal.

Applying efficient and tested organizational solutions such as the Environment Management System and integrated with the above the Quality Management System, we systematically strive to optimize the impact of our production processes on the environment and limit as much as possible the negative effects, the harmfulness of which cannot be completely eliminated at the current stage of knowledge and technology development. In our company we also pay attention to strict conformity with all the legal regulations concerning the influence of our activity on the environment.

We aim at minimizing consumption of natural resources by the most economical management of the resources.

Through a carefully organized training system and an efficient information flow with regard to environment protection, we improve the awareness of our employees and motivate them to show an active approach to environment protection problems in our company and undertake activities aimed at solving the problems.

In investment planning we are guided by the principle of applying the best available technologies, which we choose on the basis of the criteria valid in the company and taking into account the environment protection issue.

We also strive to assure that the information about the influence of our current and planned activity on the environment is delivered to our commercial partners, the proper institutions and any other interested parties.

The effectiveness of our activities with regard to the environment policy is guaranteed by systematic inspections carried out by our own specialists and external institutions, with respect to the effectiveness of the operation of the Integrated Quality and Environment Management System, which has been prepared and implemented in order to achieve the Systems objectives.
